Pastor Donald L. McDuffie, Sr is a native of Waverly, Georgia, and the son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Charlie McDuffie, Jr.

He is a graduate of Selma University in Selma, Alabama with an Associate of Arts Degree. He is also a graduate of Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Pastor McDuffie completed Biblical Studies at Gwinnett Hall Bible College where he received an Associate and Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Education. He enrolled at North Georgia Baptist Theological Seminary a satellite campus at Union Baptist Church in Hull, Georgia where he received a Master of Biblical Studies.

Pastor McDuffie is married to Sylvia V. McDuffie and they have three adult children.

Pastor McDuffie serves as the Senior Pastor for the Rucker Memorial Baptist Church in Gainesville, Georgia since August 2023.
